Recycled aluminum conduit, antique electrical power line insulators, rebar, and Studebaker wheel hub. Includes LED lights and wiring inside each flower head. Completed on April 4, 2009.

This bike rack remains the only existing bike rack that I created for the “Cycle Savers” City of Vancouver art project from recycled stainless steel. Installed by the Strathcona Beer Co. on Hastings St. in 2018. All my other proposed designs were killed by the City of Vancouver engineers in charge of street furniture.
